Responsibilities:
  • Defines the standard process and ensures application in the segments (specification and participation) and structures process descriptions

  • Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions

  • Collaborates with suppliers to assure the quality of their products, materials, components and/or operations

  • Executes reviews to achieve continuous improvement of quality assurance processes

  • Monitors supplier performance and supports efforts to develop and implement changes to improve the production process

  • Processes internal and external complaints

  • Process incoming goods inspections (influence on technical delivery conditions)

  • Translates and trains specific industry standards and customer requirements

  • Monitors/audits compliance of the QA system
