Your Role 

As a Used Car Sales Associate, you'll manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting overall store performance. This base salary + commission role is ideal for motivated self-starters who enjoy building relationships and growing sales. Best of all, you don't have to compete with other sales reps, meaning every sale you earn a commission.  

What You'll Do as a Used Car Sales Associate 

  • Foster a culture focused on Safety First and Environmental Stewardship 
  • Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service 
  • Manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot 
  • Work with local teams to source vehicles from auctions, dealers, and other partners 
  • Conduct minor vehicle repairs and inspections 
  • Process car titles and ensure compliance with all documentation standards 
  • Meet individual and team sales goals 
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and organization 
  • Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards 
  • Work retail store hours (may include weekends, overtime, and some holidays) 
  • Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks. 

What You Bring as a Used Car Sales Associate 

  • Proven experience in vehicle sales or related customer-facing roles 
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills 
  • Knowledge of car titles, vehicle paperwork, and dealership processes 
  • Basic automotive and mechanical understanding 
  • Comfort using mobile devices, Microsoft Office, CRM, and DMS tools 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs 
  • Reliable transportation 

Preferred: 

  • Experience managing a used car lot 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
