Standard Job Description Shape the future of infrastructure at Lockheed Martin developing Infrastructure as Code within Enterprise IT. This dynamic, fast-paced environment embraces DevSecOps, Automation, Orchestration, and Agile to advance our strategic goals for Customer self-service to provide secure, responsive, adaptive and rapid business value. The Compute IaaS Product Area team is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer.

This team covers virtualization, server operating systems (Windows and RHEL), databases (SQL Server and Oracle), patching, and content management through Red Hat Satellite. These solutions support global business needs across data centers, edge locations, and AWS and Azure public cloud environments. What You Will Be Doing: In this role, you will transform how we develop and maintain compute infrastructure products at Lockheed Martin to meet the needs of every business area.

You'll be aligned to a single Agile Delivery Team within the Compute IaaS Product Area. Your key responsibilities in this role include the following: Designing and developing enterprise compute infrastructure products across on-premises and public cloud environments. Creating automated provisioning and maintenance solutions that reduce manual intervention and enable customer self-service.

Conducting solution testing for security, performance, reliability, and availability. Deploying solutions across on-premises, AWS, and Azure environments to support global business-area requirements. Ensuring adherence to corporate infrastructure processes, procedures, and standards, including Change Management, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning (DR/BCP), security, and government regulatory compliance.

Providing operational support to resolve incidents, service disruptions, and outages. Meeting established Service Level Agreements for product provisioning and incident resolution. Providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and sharing knowledge across the organization.

Participating in an on-call support rotation. Further Information About This Opportunity: This role is fully remote and requires US Citizenship due to system access. Flexibility in scheduling is required to due on-call support rotation.

Occasional travel (1-3 times a year) may be requested. Responsible for development of IT solutions across all components of software systems through design, integration, implementation and support. Proficient in infrastructure, security, software development, database management systems, and systems integration.

Develops using agile processes and common technology stacks. Basic Qualifications Demonstrated experience using scripting languages and configuration formats to create automated software or infrastructure solutions, such as Python, Bash, Perl, PowerShell, JSON, or YAML. Experience developing infrastructure solutions in public cloud environments, such as AWS or Azure, and on-premises private cloud environments.

Experience implementing DevSecOps practices using CI/CD pipelines. Proven experience with Ansible and/or Terraform. Familiarity with Windows and/or RHEL Server Operating System capabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to lead technical solutions and provide guidance to other team members. Ability to support a flexibile schedule when needed US Citizenship is required to to system access Desired Skills Experience with Windows and/or RHEL Server Operating System capabilities Familiarity with virtualization solutions Familiarity with RedHat Satellite content management Familiarity with Enterprise storage solutions Experience working in an agile framework Ability to work successfully in a virtual team environment with a geographically disperse team Experience with paired programming and test-driven development processes Pay Information GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.

Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $122600.00 - $227600.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc. Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): :$110300.00 - $204900.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc. Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): :$98100.00 - $182100.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
