THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our contributors at Jimmy Choo are stylish, sophisticated individuals who have a drive to achieve results and a passion for customer engagement. As a Sales Assistant, you are a brand representative who has the ability to support the sales team & deliver lasting client relationships. You will work in an inspiring and rewarding environment with opportunities for individual development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor

  • Perform stock checks for customers and in support of Sales Associates

  • Assist with merchandise floor moves and other visual tasks

  • Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Comply with all sales related policies and procedures

  • Maintain organization back of house to upkeep the standards and efficiency

  • Greet & interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner

  • Determine customer's needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate

  • Assist the sales associates in resolving all client problems and complaints as needed

WE'D LOVE TO SEE:

  • 2+ years of luxury retail experience

  • Prior experience using POS system

  • A self-starter with the ability to drive results

  • Curious and motivated with the ability to engage; a true sales professional

  • Customer service focused; ability to sell with a passion for client and community engagement
