We are seeking high energy, passion-filled and sales motivated individuals. Must possess a passion for overall health and wellness + a desire to help others live their best life through increased mobility and flexibility. With co-founders coming from the Personal Training industry, StretchLab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to 'Live Long'. StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields - fitness, personal training, physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, massage, and more - and brought in the world's leading authority on stretching and flexibility, to provide the finest team of stretching professionals gathered anywhere. StretchLab's proprietary Flexologist™ training ensures that their clients receive a world class stretching session. POSITION:
The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales while retaining current members. Fitness / Health / Wellness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch, and retail product.
  • Must enjoy connecting with people, and exhibit an authentic, evident desire to help others achieve goals to live their best life.
  • Personable and friendly, and able to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
  • Possessing excellent, positive communication skills that are able to express authentic empathy.
  • Able to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
  • Possessing a professional work ethic. This includes being reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to an attendance policy.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must have proficient computer skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close.
  • Book and confirm stretches for prospects and members.
  • Manage the front desk to greet and check in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants.
  • Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
  • Participate in special events to promote the studio.
  • Clean and maintain equipment regularly to ensure its availability for client use at any time, and help to keep the studio tidy.
  • Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
