What you will do
  • Lead daily site security operations, including guard force, patrols, and incident response
  • Manage access control, CCTV, and visitor systems to protect people and assets
  • Ensure compliance with DEA regulations and site security standards
  • Oversee security vendors and monitor performance and training
  • Lead investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Support emergency preparedness and response activities
  • Drive continuous improvement of site security programs and procedures

  • Experience managing physical security operations in a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and security technologies
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements, ideally DEA or similar standards
