Volt is immediately hiring an Accounts Payable Associate in Fort Collins, CO.
This is a 6-10 month contract
As an Accounts Payable Associate you will:
• Assemble and process invoices for payment
• Verify vendor information, including addresses and Federal ID numbers
• Review invoices and requisitions to ensure proper coding and approval
• Check vendor files for previous payments and maintain accurate records
• Maintain organized files of invoices, documentation, and correspondence
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments
• Assist with bank reconciliations and general accounting support
• Generate periodic reports and maintain financial records
• Perform general administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding financial information
This is a 6-10 month assignment. Monday-Friday (7:00 AM-3:00 PM, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM) Flexible Schedule.
Accounts Payable Associate candidates must meet the following requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
• Basic knowledge of cash management principles
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret business documents, procedures, and financial reports
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with coworkers
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Pay for this position is $25/hr.
