We are currently seeking an Associate Digital Product Manager to join our team in Batesville, IN. This role is a hybrid position with 1-2 days in office every other week.
Your Role at Batesville:
As an Associate Digital Product Manager, you will support the strategy, development, and optimization of digital products that serve both business partners (B2B) and end consumers (B2C). You will work closely with the cross-functional teams spanning technology, design, marketing, and sales, you will translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements, managing backlogs, supporting sprint planning, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital experiences.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and maintain digital product roadmaps by gathering and synthesizing user feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to identify high-value feature opportunities.
  • Translate business and partner requirements into clear epics & user stories, acceptance criteria, and lightweight wireframes or prototypes that improve cross-functional alignment and reduce development rework.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and key stakeholders to deliver product features on time and within scope across multiple agile sprints.
  • Partner on user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate new functionality, ensuring product quality and alignment with customer needs prior to release.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring items are fully defined, properly sized, and aligned to roadmap objectives.
  • Use AI tools and vibe coding techniques to rapidly prototype concepts, generate proof-of-concept features, or accelerate documentation and analysis workflows.
  • Participate in user research activities including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and data analysis to build empathy and inform prioritization decisions.
  • Support product launches by preparing release notes, coordinating deliverables (including sales enablement materials), and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in facilitating agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, demos, retrospectives, and test plan development and execution.
  • Other duties as required.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Business, Marketing, Information Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline; and 2 - 5 years of related experience in product management, digital product development, or a comparable role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
