Overview
As the Legal Office Services Supervisor, you will oversee and perform all operations pertaining to office services and facilities support and people management. Ideal candidates will have two years' prior experience in office and facilities services team management in a legal or corporate office environment.

Responsibilities
As the Office Services and Facilities Site Manager, you will oversee and perform all operations pertaining to office services and facilities support and people management. Responsibilities include:
  • Office Services and Facilities Management: Mail services, shipping and receiving, facilities management and work order system management - vendor management, upkeep of common areas and supplies, records management, administrative support and other tasks as assigned
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain effective written and verbal communications with both clients and employees, and accurately prepare and distribute management reports to the client in a timely and consistent manner
  • Account Management: Pro-actively and consistently develop new procedures to improve the operation of the site and to lower operating costs, maximize productivity through efficient use of standard operating procedures, and manage the budget and control expenses

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have two years' prior experience in office and facilities services team management in a legal or corporate office environment. Additional qualifications include:
  • High school diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US required
  • Experience establishing site specific standard operating procedures
  • Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Computer literacy - ability to operate in Microsoft Windows environment with ease; Internet savvy, Excel experience
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds; ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
