Job description

Little Rock law firm seeking a full time collector. This position will speak over the telephone with people who owe money to our clients, seeking to resolve any disputes, evaluate payment ability, provide repayment options and negotiate otherwise in an attempt to recover money for our clients. The position would also involve skip tracing and finding employers and assets.

Verbal telephone skills are required, along with good written communication skills. Applicant must maintain professionalism while working for our law firm on behalf of our clients.

Some college or relevant work history is preferred. Knowledge of the legal system is helpful.
