  • Strong academic performance, and excellent writing and communication abilities. Candidates should have experience specifically in life sciences patent litigation, including drafting briefs and engaging in all phases of fact and expert discovery. Preference will be given to those with technical degrees in biology, chemistry, pharmacology or related fields.
  • Excellent legal research skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
