Role Overview:

As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting and time management skills and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with month-end closing process, including recording of journal entries, variance analysis and reporting.
  • Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Support audit processes, including financial, customer and tax audits.
  • Assist with Sales Tax Filings and Compliance
  • Review/Audit company credit card activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • All other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong GAAP knowledge.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced level MS Office Suite
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where required.
