Responsibilities:
  • Build genuine relationships with new and existing clients
  • Perform full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account analysis
  • Maintain accurate and current financial records
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting as needed
  • Support tax preparation and compliance activities
  • Ensure all processes align with GAAP & company standards
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and provide insightful recommendations
 
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years' proven work experience as an Accounting Coordinator, Staff Accountant, Finance Coordinator, Full-charge Bookkeeper, or similar role
  • Ability to pass a background check (REQUIRED)
  • Mathematical & analytical skills (REQUIRED)
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (REQUIRED)
  • Knowledge of full-cycle accounting processes (REQUIRED)
  • Positive, communicative and motivated to help grow the business
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Budgeting and financial management skills to improve performance and control costs
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy
