We are partnering with a well-established organization seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist near Zeeland MI to support day-to-day financial operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documentation
  • Review, code, and enter invoices while ensuring proper approvals
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP standards

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of accounting experience (AP, AR, or general accounting)
