Job Description Bilingual Associate Immigration Attorney - On Site in Connecticut We're seeking an Associate Attorney with immigration law experience to join our team in Waterbury, Hartford, or Bridgeport. This role is focused on removal defense, asylum, and family-based petitions. Responsibilities Represent clients in immigration and family-based matters.
Manage caseloads, including asylum, DACA, VAWA, and naturalization. Draft and file motions, briefs, and petitions. Appear in immigration and state courts.
Work closely with clients and provide compassionate advocacy. Requirements Admitted to the Connecticut Bar (required). At least 3 years of immigration law experience.
Courtroom experience in immigration/state court. Bilingual English/Spanish Strong writing, research, and organizational skills. Compensation & Benefits From $100K+ annually (DOE) plus commission/bonus opportunities.
