Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Indiana Occupational Therapist license required to start the position.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Proficiency with documentation standards for SNF settings, including Medicare/Medicaid documentation practices.
  • Ability to perform evaluations, create treatment plans, and implement skilled OT interventions for geriatric and medically complex patients.
