  • Offer supportive guidance to clients' families, facilitating understanding of the treatment process and fostering an encouraging environment for compliance.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with acute or chronic mental illnesses. By employing a person-centered approach, you will tailor interventions based on unique backgrounds and circumstances, fostering resilience and recovery in your clients. Our telehealth model serves families, couples, and individuals from various socio-economic and cultural environments across Fresno and beyond.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
  • Proficiency in telehealth services, with comfort using virtual platforms to connect with clients and deliver effective psychotherapy.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a remote counseling role or familiarity with telehealth practices is preferred.
  • Previous involvement in crisis intervention services and treatment planning is advantageous.
  • Experience working with diverse populations or specialized in specific mental health disorders.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. In addition to competitive salary offerings, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
