About ElitSwim Club

ElitSwim Club (ELIT) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit swim club affiliated with USA Swimming, dedicated to developing swimmers of all levels. We focus on technical proficiency, mental training, injury prevention, and strength & conditioning. Our sister company, EliteSwim LLC, provides numerous skill-building programs year-round, offering additional professional growth opportunities.

Position Overview

We’re seeking an Associate Coach who is passionate about performance swimming and athlete development. This role will:

  • Assist with Age Group practices (6 per week)
  • Conduct 3-4 hours of in-person pool practice daily, including Saturday mornings & weekend meets
  • Assist with weekly dryland training
  • Perform 0-1.5 hours/day of administrative work (scheduling, meet enrollment, communication)
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach to foster a supportive, inclusive team culture

Desired Qualifications

✔️ Passion for swimming and coaching

✔️ Experience as a competitive swimmer or 2+ years of coaching experience (or equivalent combination of coaching & high-level competitive athletics)

✔️ Strong communication & organizational skills

✔️ USA Swimming Coach Membership (or willingness to obtain before first meet)

✔️ CPR/AED & Lifeguard Certification (or willingness to obtain before first meet)
