Job description

The Product Designer role builds key lines through innovative design, targeted development, and strong leadership. They are responsible for the development of product from ideation and concept rendering to prototype and mass production. This individual is proactive, level-headed, highly organized, can work collaboratively or independently with minimal supervision. They work in partnership with teams across the company and play a critical role in shaping new talent.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide hands-on design and product development support across the lifecycle of assigned projects.
  • Support the creation of detailed product specifications, digital renderings, and presentation materials while adhering to established timelines and production goals.
  • Work closely with Designers, Merchandising, Sourcing, Packaging, and Graphics teams to help bring products from concept through execution, ensuring accuracy, organization, and consistency throughout the process.
  • Assist with preparing products for presentation, photo shoots, trade shows, and shipment, while also tracking competitive offerings and researching market trends to support informed design decisions.

The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
