We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst who will support multiple Program Managers by planning, tracking, and reporting on programs across various government contract types. The role manages funding, monitors cost and schedule performance, ensures compliance, and delivers accurate financial and program status reporting. Collaboration with program teams and crossfunctional partners is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cost control systems and monitor contract cost and schedule performance.
  • Analyze financial and program data; review invoices and travel reports for accuracy.
  • Develop program deliverables and prepare reports, briefs, and tracking tools.
  • Support technical and finance teams with data calls and performance reporting.
  • Identify and help resolve issues affecting cost, schedule, or performance.
  • Assess financial risks, forecast results, and provide program status summaries.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a Business-related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint and Deltek Time & Expense
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Desired
