Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, amenity upkeep, unit turns, and emergency afterhours calls; complete work orders for appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, gates, pools, and more.
  • Maintain organized shop inventory, update logbooks and databases, monitor contractor performance, support budget goals, and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with residents, resolving issues promptly, delivering notices, and maintaining a clean, neat uniform and appearance.
  • Perform cleaning and upkeep of models, offices, clubhouses, grounds, and all amenity areas (pool, compactors, weight rooms, parking decks, etc.) when housekeeping is not available; assist with setup and cleanup for resident events.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of maintenance experience (apartment maintenance preferred); strong troubleshooting skills and basic understanding of budgeting/finance.
  • Refrigeration certification (Type II or Universal) or ability to obtain within 90 days; valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, test equipment, ladders (up to 40 ft), hand trucks, and lift/push/pull 50-300+ lbs as needed.
  • Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks such as moving appliances, servicing laundry equipment, handling building materials, and maintaining amenity equipment (exercise machines, grills, golf carts, ga
