The General Manager (GM) is the strategic and operational leader of the restaurant, responsible for driving overall performance, profitability, and guest
satisfaction. This role oversees all daytoday operations, leads a highperforming management team, ensures foodsafety and operational compliance, and cultivates

Responsibilities
The General Manager is the strategic leader of the restaurant, responsible for the direction and control of restaurant operations to ensure a positive guest experience and company profitability. This individual will direct the operation of the restaurant, attain sales and profit objectives, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by directing and supervising managers and team members.
