We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate General Dentist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This is an ideal opportunity for a semi-retired or mid-level dentist who prefers to focus on clinical work without the burden of running a practice. Job Description
Provide comprehensive dental care including diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical procedures aligned with patientsโ needs
Administer dental treatments such as restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, dentures, and preventive care
Utilize Nitrous Oxide sedation as needed (must have certification) to ensure patient comfort
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
Respect and implement your own clinical treatment plans without interference; receive full support from management
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients about their oral health and treatment options
Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain current dental licensure
Provide culturally competent care; proficiency in Korean or Filipino languages is a plus
Salary Range
Full-time $182,000 - $237,000 per year
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Pay up to $1,000 per day based on experience and production
Minimum guaranteed pay of $700 for a full day
Commission pay of 30% on adjusted production, whichever is greater

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Requirements
- Licensed dentist
- Nitrous Oxide Certification
Doctor of Dentistry (DDS or DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Active and valid dental license to practice in Washington state
Nitrous Oxide Certification required
Strong clinical skills across a broad range of dental procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
Preferences
- Experienced Dentist (3+ years)
Mid-level experience preferred; semi-retired dentists welcome
Fluency in Korean or Filipino is highly desirable
