We are seeking a skilled and self-sufficient Associate General Dentist to join our established team. This role is designed for a well-rounded clinician who is comfortable with digital workflows and thrives in a fast-paced setting. You will work alongside experienced dental assistants and treatment coordinators, allowing you to focus on delivering superior clinical care and educating patients on their long-term oral health goals.

Job Description

Comprehensive Care: Perform a wide range of general and cosmetic dental procedures with a high degree of clinical precision.
Specialized Treatments: Conduct endodontic procedures and perform basic dental implant placements and restorations.
Digital Integration: Utilize advanced technology, including intraoral scanning and CT imaging, to diagnose and plan patient treatments.
Patient Education: Communicate complex clinical findings in a friendly and efficient manner, encouraging patient health literacy and treatment acceptance.
Clinical Collaboration: Lead the clinical team during procedures, ensuring a seamless and professional patient experience.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed electronic patient records in compliance with industry standards.

Salary Range

Part-time $122,800 - $156,900 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Requirements
  • General Dentistry
  • Licensed dentist
  • Tooth Extractions

Licensure: Valid Florida Dental License in good standing.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
Skills: Proficiency in restorative dentistry, extractions, and patient counseling.
Professionalism: High level of integrity, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Interpersonal: Strong patient interaction skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
