Responsibilities:

The Contractor - Associate Game Producer supports project momentum and quality by coordinating cross-functional efforts and resolving production roadblocks. This person executes task tracking and feature implementation while prioritizing rigorous data discipline to ensure accurate reporting and informed decision making. Through schedule management and workflow optimization, they will deliver high quality internal game development projects.

  • Support the schedule execution and track milestones to ensure the game ships on time
  • Work with leads to clear developmental roadblocks and keep everyone moving in the same direction
  • Keep the team and stakeholders in the loop with updates
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document takeaways, and follow up on action items
  • Ensure project documentation accuracy
  • Maintain efficiency and organization among the development team through communication and task tracking
