Overview


Pure Imagination Labs' Executive Producer provides strategic oversight across all simulation and interactive projects, ensuring delivery tracks remain aligned with evolving goals. Serves as the connective layer between executive leadership and project teams—surfacing tradeoffs, coordinating priorities, and guiding roadmap planning. Oversees delivery health across creative, technical, and operational tracks. Leads install-phase coordination, validating that final delivery meets stakeholder expectations and system performance requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight across all immersive simulation projects, ensuring that scope, sequencing, and team resourcing remain aligned throughout development
  • Act as the integration point between executive stakeholders and project leadership, surfacing tradeoffs, managing cross-functional priorities, and maintaining a unified delivery path
  • Guide the overall delivery framework—ensuring projects remain focused on the right goals as scopes evolve and parallel workstreams progress
  • Collaborate with technical, creative, and production leads to confirm that development tracks are coordinated and mutually supported
  • Support roadmap and capacity planning across prototyping, validation, production, and deployment phases
  • Evaluate delivery health and escalate risks, decision points, or misalignments before they impact schedule or quality
  • Translate executive priorities into actionable delivery parameters that support execution while maintaining stakeholder alignment
  • Represent the delivery perspective during key reviews, walkthroughs, and milestone decisions
  • Oversee on-site install phases to ensure all systems integrate as intended—coordinating with technical leads, vendors, and install teams during bring-up, validation, and handoff
  • Ensure final delivery aligns with creative goals, technical specifications, and operational requirements across physical and digital system
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college/technical school required.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience managing cross-functional delivery across immersive, interactive, or simulation-based projects
  • Relevant related profession certifications preferred.
  • Solid expertise in in identifying delivery risks, guiding resource planning, and managing evolving scope without loss of momentum.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

Additional Qualifications

  • Expected to be on-site for key installation phases, system validation, and final delivery coordination.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated teams through complex builds involving real-time systems, physical-digital integration, and live installation.
  • Solid understanding of hardware/software coordination, experiential production pipelines, and staged deployment strategies.
  • Experience in successfully navigating competing priorities, resolving conflicts, and maintaining clarity across creative, technical, and operational domains.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and their application in workflow optimization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

o Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.

o Required Residence: This candidate must live or reside in the state of Kansas; or relocate within six (6) months of offered employment.

o Required Travel: This candidate is required to travel up to 15% for specific project installations.

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), medical leave, and a variety of other perks. A bonus and incentive plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, dependent on the level and position offered.
