Overview
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build and enhance mission-critical web applications that support daily operations for a federal agency. In this role, you'll work across the full technology stack-developing modern user interfaces, building robust APIs, and ensuring secure, high-performing applications.

What You'll Do
Build & Enhance Applications
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications supporting critical agency functions
  • Deliver new features, improve performance, and troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure applications meet security, usability, and reliability standards

Front-End Development
  • Develop responsive, modern UIs using React and TypeScript
  • Work with HTML5, CSS, and JSON to create dynamic user experiences
  • Debug and optimize applications using browser developer tools
  • Apply MVC principles and front-end best practices

Back-End Development
  • Build and maintain APIs and backend services using C# and .NET Framework
  • Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures
  • Implement object-oriented solutions and reusable components
  • Generate structured outputs (reports, Excel, PDFs)

DevOps & Collaboration
  • Manage code using Git and GitHub (branching, PRs, code reviews)
  • Deploy builds and support development environments
  • Collaborate with team members in an Agile or iterative workflow

Security & Compliance
  • Follow secure coding practices and STIG compliance requirements
  • Support authentication, role-based access, and application security features

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
    (or 5+ years of professional programming experience)
  • 2+ years of experience with:
    • React, TypeScript, JavaScript
    • C# and .NET Framework
    • SQL and relational databases
    • HTML/CSS, JSON, XML
  • Experience with:
    • API development and web services
    • Object-oriented design and MVC architecture
    • Application security (authentication, roles, etc.)

Nice to Have
  • Experience in government, DoD, or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with STIGs or secure coding standards
  • Experience working in Agile teams
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SQL Server Management Studio
