We are seeking a Software Engineer to support and enhance full-stack applications across a modern technology stack, including React, .NET, SQL Server, and Office VBA. This role will focus on application support, feature enhancements, vulnerability remediation, and CI/CD pipeline maintenance, contributing to the reliability, scalability, and security of critical systems.The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of owning development work end-to-end while adhering to engineering, compliance, and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React, .NET/C#, SQL Server, and related technologies to support business-critical functions.
  • Provide application support and incident management, including troubleshooting complex production issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing long-term solutions.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy scalable software solutions that meet functional, performance, reliability, and security requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
  • Create and optimize database solutions by developing efficient SQL queries, data models, stored procedures, and performance tuning strategies.
  • Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes, contributing to automated testing, deployment, monitoring, and release management activities.
  • Identify, assess, and remediate application vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards and secure coding practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities to promote engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Work independently to manage assigned deliverables while effectively prioritizing tasks, communicating risks, and collaborating within an agile team environment.
  • Contribute to operational excellence and software reliability initiatives, leveraging modern engineering practices, cloud technologies, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance system stability and performance.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two to three years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
  • Strong proficiency in React, .NET/C#, SQL Server, and application support processes.
  • Knowledge of secure software development practices, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, DevOps methodologies, and deployment automation.
  • Familiarity with Office VBA and legacy application automation tools.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and modern software delivery toolchains.
  • Understanding of Software Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, monitoring, and operational best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of delivering high-quality solutions.

Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
