Do you enjoy designing scalable Java microservices and leading development teams to deliver high-performance enterprise applications?
Are you passionate about building modern full-stack solutions using Spring Boot, cloud technologies, and microservices architectures in large enterprise environments?
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications in a fast-paced development environment. This role is responsible for building high-performance multi-tier applications, leading technical design discussions, and guiding development teams through the full software development lifecycle.

• Build and maintain microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot, ensuring modularity, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following SOLID design principles and established design patterns.
• Perform thorough unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure application quality and reliability before deployment.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 developers by conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and ensuring delivery across multiple modules.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery through CI/CD pipelines and adherence to SDLC best practices.
• Design and optimize SQL and PL-SQL database schemas and queries, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Implement secure coding practices aligned with PCI-DSS and OWASP security guidelines.
• Manage defects, track progress, and maintain source code using tools such as Jira and Git or SVN.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture designs, API specifications, and deployment guides.
• Identify opportunities for performance optimization, code refactoring, and development process improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives while providing technical input and effort estimates.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, or military experience.
• 6+ years of experience with Java, GIT, JIRA, Maven, Confluence, and the Spring Framework including Core, Boot, MVC, and AOP.
• 6+ years of experience implementing complex full-stack solutions including APIs and microservices in large enterprise environments.
• 4+ years of experience with databases and integrations including Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• 4+ years of experience working with Amazon cloud services such as ELB, SQS, SES, SWF, SNS, and DynamoDB.
• 4+ years of experience developing unit tests using frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
