The role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design and build features across the full application stack, helping Vale deliver a seamless experience for customers, operators, and internal teams.

  • Design, build, and ship features across both front-end and back-end systems
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code across the full stack
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver high-quality user experiences
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to engineering best practices
  • Review code from peers and give constructive, actionable feedback
  • Debug and resolve production issues promptly and thoroughly
  • Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and engineering processes
Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 4+ years of full stack engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in React and Node.js (or equivalent front-end/back-end stack)
  • Experience with relational databases and RESTful or GraphQL API design
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments
  • Experience with automated testing at unit, integration, and end-to-end levels
Compensation

$140,000 $185,000 per year
