About the Role We are looking for a motivated Associate Front end developer – React.js to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in React.js and modern front-end development practices, with expertise in Redux, React Hooks, Next.js, Bootstrap, CSS, and along with .Net core . The candidate will be responsible for building scalable, responsive web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using React.js and Next.js. Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance UI components using React and Redux for state management. Design responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, HTML5, and CSS3. Consume, integrate, and troubleshoot REST APIs to enable seamless communication between front-end and backend services. Assist in developing and maintaining backend services and APIs using ASP.NET/.NET Core. Collaborate with backend developers to design, develop, and enhance RESTful APIs supporting business applications. Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using Design patterns, Linq, OAuth 2.0 and JWT. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across both front-end and backend components. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) activities.
