A well-established, privately owned dental group in Albuquerque is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join its growing team. This position offers high earning potential, clinical autonomy, and hands-on mentorship. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-scope general dentistry, including molar endo and surgical extractions
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a PPO and fee-for-service environment
  • Collaborate with a skilled clinical and support team
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records
  • Participate in continuing education and mentorship opportunities


Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
  • Active New Mexico dental license or eligibility to obtain
  • 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates and AEGD-trained dentists welcome
  • Proficiency in molar endodontics and surgical procedures
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills


Compensation and Benefits:

  • $800 to $1,000 daily guarantee for the first 90 days
  • $10,000 flat guarantee available for new graduates during ramp-up
  • Production-based model at 30–35% of collections
  • $20K to $30K sign-on or relocation bonus, based on experience
