Job description

Position: Associate Financial Representative

Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000


Job Summary

This is a full-time ON-SITE Associate Financial Representative (AFR) role located in Honolulu, HI. Our team at Rising Tides Wealth Group are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our financial planning team. This role requires an individual with a strong ability to handle multiple priorities, including insurance processing duties critical to the smooth operation of our risk business.

Key Responsibilities

Advisor Support:

- Calendar management with our Scheduling Coordinator

- Organizing ravel arrangements

- Coordinate team meetings and agendas

- Handle physical mailings and mass Outlook email lists

Insurance Processing:

- Create or find quotes on life, disability, long term care, and annuity policies

- Input insurance applications and handle necessary documentation.

- Assist in underwriting and application processing.

- Maintain records of insurance policies, claims, and related documents.

Team Support:

- File management and organization

- CRM & Client management

- Edit and input case notes

- Complete and/or assist with projects as assigned by the Operations Manager


Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. A background check (including fingerprinting for securities) will be required.


We are looking for the following Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Proficiency in OneDrive, CRM systems, and

- Organizational skills and consistent attention to detail

- Clear, straightforward communicator in both verbal and written formats

- Ability to multitask and manage tasks effectively with changing priorities

- Can “Manage Up” and communicate needs clearly

- Prefers not to be micromanaged and loves to take charge of tasks

- Proactive, “Batteries Included” personality

- Strong use of judgment, problem solving, and analytical skills

- Life & Health Licensed (or obtain licensing within 6mo of job start)


Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience: Insurance or Financial experience is NOT REQUIRED.

Administrative or office experience is preferred (the more experience, the more we can pay!)


Pay Range:

$48,000 - $60,000 depending on experience

Bonus Structure may be negotiated and would be based on quarterly targets
