Job description

The Sales Execution Team provides administrative, operational, and sales support to Financial Representatives, helping them focus on building client relationships and growing their business. As an Associate, you will work closely with advisors to support, financial planning activities, underwriting processes, and compliance requirements that helps drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experience.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Operations Support

  • Maintain client records and case notes in CRM systems.
  • Manage onboarding and startup checklists for Financial Representatives.
  • Create and maintain compliant client files.
  • Prepare client correspondence and manage incoming communications.
  • Generate reports and materials for meetings and business reviews.

Sales & Client Service Support

  • Meet regularly with Financial Representatives to review priorities and progress.
  • Assist with preparation of financial plans and client presentations.
  • Assemble meeting materials and maintain client documentation.
  • Support insurance and investment application processing.
  • Coordinate underwriting requirements and monitor case status.
  • Process client service requests and account updates.
  • Support representatives in achieving business development goals.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Financial services, insurance, or wealth management experience preferred.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and industry learning.
