Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Associate Attorney to join its Wilmington, Delaware office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 2–5 years of bankruptcy and financial restructuring experience, including complex Chapter 11 matters.

Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in financial restructuring and bankruptcy matters
  • Handle complex Chapter 11 cases and related bankruptcy proceedings
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other bankruptcy-related filings
  • Conduct legal research and appear in bankruptcy court as appropriate
  • Collaborate with attorneys on sophisticated restructuring and insolvency matters
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of financial restructuring and bankruptcy experience
  • Experience handling Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters
