Job description

Come join a growing financial technology company that's leading the marketplace in both the marketing and servicing of credit cards! Continental Finance Company specializes in credit card options for those consumers with less than perfect credit. We are seeking a Customer Care Associate to support our Credit Protection team.


Essential Functions:

  • Responding to inbound customer calls and email inquiries while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Appropriately resolving complex customer issues and complaints, including fee waivers and fee reversals, and escalating issues to supervisor when required.
  • Utilizing proprietary software to document customer action items, notes, and consumer information changes.
  • Assisting with benefit activations requests in accordance with the Credit Protection Contracts.
  • Handle After-hours Customer Voicemails
  • Other duties as assigned.


The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Must have been a CSR I for at least 1 year.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of business management principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands.
