Responsibilities and Job Description

An Associate Financial Advisor at Guided Financial Advisors will need to have personal and professional values that align with the organization's as well as the ability to efficiently and effectively assist with the management of 4 key areas of the business.

  • Marketing: Effectively conduct and manage marketing efforts to new and existing clients
  • Case Work: Build, strategize, implement, and service detailed, comprehensive financial plans for new and existing clients
  • Administrative Tasks: Sending client emails, managing CRM, completing and organizing miscellaneous paperwork and tasks
  • Client Meetings: Observe and assist with new and existing client meetings throughout the business process while building client relationships

Compensation

Compensation can be structured between three components.

  • Competitive Base Compensation
  • Upfront Commission Structure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance / business related field or 5+ years experience in finance or business related field
  • Currently hold or ability to swiftly obtain FINRA Series 6 or 7, Series 65 or 66, SIE, and Florida 2-14 or 2-15 license
  • Preferred but not necessary, 1+ years of financial services industry and/or sales related experience
  • General knowledge on investment products and services as well as current market conditions
  • Successful completion of background and assessment check
  • To qualify an individual must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
