  • Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • 2โ€“5+ years of experience in financial services or a related, client-facing role
  • Active securities licenses (Series 7 & 66 preferred or willingness to obtain quickly)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in pursuing or currently working toward CFPยฎ certification
  • Experience working with financial planning tools and client relationship systems

Professional Strengths

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Organized, proactive, and coachable

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $100,000 โ€“ $140,000 (commensurate with experience) - exempt

Incentive Compensation:

  • Performance-based income growth tied to client development and contribution
  • Long-term opportunity for equity participation

Benefits Include:

  • Health benefits
  • 401(k) with 4% employer contribution
