Essential Functions:

ย ย ย ย ย  Project controls analyst responsible for set up and activation of assigned projects, service orders and production work order support in SAP

ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure adherence to all procedures within Finance and Accounting policies

ย ย ย ย ย  Monitor and analyze program costs, perform financial analysis for labor, material, subcontract and ODC (other direct cost) estimates against budget and forecast

ย ย ย ย ย  Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) for direct charge programs by working with cross functional IPT (Integrated Product Team)

ย ย ย ย ย  Provide inputs for the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and cash forecasting process

ย ย ย ย ย  Perform variance analysis to forecasted results (EAC, Sales, Profit and Cash), identifying specific drivers of deviations from estimates.

ย ย ย ย ย  Review weekly labor/material charges and perform necessary cost transfers.

ย ย ย ย ย  Compile and strategically review financial and business impacts with program leadership.

ย ย ย ย ย  Proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities and contributing to strategic program decisionmaking.

Qualifications:

ย ย ย ย ย  Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

ย ย ย ย ย  Prior experience in Aerospace and Defense industry; with in-depth understanding of government contracts and contract types

ย ย ย ย ย  Prior expertise using program finance tools such as: SAP/Excel/Hyperion/Deltek COBRA

ย ย ย ย ย  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; exceptional attention to detail

ย ย ย ย ย  Ability to communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and other functions (oral, written, listening)

ย ย ย ย ย  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a challenging and fast paced environment
