Middle Office Trade Support - Equity Derivatives Desk

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Middle Office Trade Support - Equity Derivatives Desk specialist to join our Trade Support Operations team in support of the Securities Financing & Equity Derivatives Desk. In this role, you will collaborate closely with traders to facilitate their activities, accurately capture trades in our internal systems, generate reports to assess risks, validate market data, produce profit and loss (PnL) reports, and track positions for expirations and other life-cycle events related to the firm’s trading activities. The responsibilities of this desk encompass equity-based derivatives products.

Key Responsibilities:

Support traders by capturing trades accurately in the firm's internal systems.

Generate and run reports to assess and calculate risk exposure.

Validate market data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Prepare and distribute profit and loss (PnL) reports.

Monitor and track trading positions for expirations and other lifecycle events.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Trade Support or as a Trader Assistant is preferred.

Familiarity with Equity Derivatives products and Payoffs

Familiarity with Medium Term Notes

Knowledge of various industry trading platforms and utilities (e.g., MarketWire, Sophis, Bloomberg).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) and Series 99 certifications mandatory

The salary range for this VP-level position will be between $135,000 - $155,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
