Support impactful engineering and construction projects where your work helps deliver successful outcomes across the Southeast. At Thomas & Hutton, you’ll play a key role in coordinating project activities, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects stay on track. What you'll do

Support project managers and engineering teams in daily project activities
• Maintain and organize project documentation including schedules, budgets, reports, and meeting minutes
• Track project milestones and deliverables using tools such as Procore, MS Project, or Smartsheet
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
• Monitor project risks and escalate issues as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and engineering standards
• Assist in preparing technical and non-technical reports and documentation

What you bring

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an engineering or technical environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or Smartsheet
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze and prepare both technical and non-technical documents and reports
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
