Summary:
The Logistics Courier is an entry-level position into the logistics chain. This position is given direction from the Logistics Supervisor and other logistics team members. The Logistics Courier is responsible for the reception, setting up, and movement of samples. 
Please note this is a seasonal position from August 1st, 2026 - January 31st, 2027. 
What you will be doing:

  • Prepare, label, and organize sample bottles according to lab protocols and chain of custody requirements
  • Process and track bottle orders from clients
  • Coordinate delivery and pickup of bottle orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain accurate inventory of bottles, coolers and related supplies, prepare report
  • Inspect bottles for quality control and proper preservation prior to dispatch
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and pickups

What you bring to the table:

  • Driver's license a requirement - successful candidate will be handling delivery and pick-up of samples to clients
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree in a science-related field an asset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously
  • Prior experience in a lab, logistics, or environmental setting preferred
  • Strong communication skills
