Are you passionate about using technology to solve every problem?Do you believe in automation for consistent,scalableand fool-proof delivery of infrastructure and applications?Are you passionate about the concept of infrastructure as code andleveragingmodern tools to define, build and manage virtual infrastructure in the cloud?We are seeking a strong Cloud Engineer with strong DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering skills to join ourCloudEngineeringtechnical team!

This role is a great mix of technologyandteamworkwithexposureto development andbusiness teamsdesigned to provide technical support, analysis, and solutions for production operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work asmemberof ourglobalteam managing ourhybridcloud environment.

  • Managemultiple AWS accountsacross avarietyof regionsthrough Terraform and GitHub as well as continue to drive improvement and innovation.

  • Monitoring & management of alerts, events via relevant monitoring & ticketing tools.

  • Coordinate withSecurity teams for tuning andmaintainingcloudsecurity best practices.

  • Identifyopportunities foroptimizingperformance, enhancing security/efficiency,and provide suggestions forDevelopmentteams.

  • Coordinate maintenance activities and outages withInfrastructure, ApplicationManagement andServiceCenterteams.

  • Assistin efficientlyidentifyingrootcause of technical issues in production.

  • Support and execute Disaster Recovery testingexercises

  • Provide technical support forapplications andplatform issues.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of overall experience working in AWS IT infrastructure & Operations environment.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure / Applicationsmonitoringand support.

  • Experience with Administrating production *nix and/or Windows environments (At least 2 years)

  • AWS CertifiedSysOpsAdministrator, DevOps Engineer,or Developercertification preferred

  • ITIL Foundations certification preferred

  • Familiarity with networking concepts (Transit/Internet/NAT Gateways, VPC subnets & peering, routing tables, VPN, VGW)

  • Experience or knowledge supporting user access, securitygroupsand IAM roles

  • Believe that DevOps betters your life through configuration management tools likeTerraform,SaltStack, Chef, or Ansible

  • Strong teamplayer who can build and effectively collaborate amongst peers

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
