Associate Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate Salesforce Developer with strong MuleSoft integration experience to support and enhance our enterprise Sales Cloud ecosystem. This role will work closely with Salesforce administrators, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and connected systems such as Genesys and Guidewire.
Job Duties
Understand common design patterns and contribute to solution implementation across Sales Cloud. This position requires a self-starter who is an independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, committed to high-quality delivery, who can work collaboratively to derive solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
  • Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft
  • Develop APIs, flows, and integration patterns (REST, event-driven, batch processing)
  • Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Participate in code reviews, CI/CD processes, and release management activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Salesforce and MuleSoft layers
  • Contribute to technical documentation, runbooks, and integration design artifacts
  • Support data synchronization, data quality, and governance initiatives
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, defect resolution, and peer code reviews

Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of Salesforce development experience
  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft (Anypoint Studio, APIs, flows, connectors)
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, API design, and middleware concepts
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
  • Experience working with REST APIs and JSON/XML data formats
  • Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD)
  • Experience with enterprise integrations (Genesys Cloud, Guidewire)
  • Exposure to event-driven architecture and platform events
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Understanding of security best practices and OAuth authentication
