Red Bridge Animal Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Veterinarian to join our well-established practice in Kansas City, Missouri. With over 60 years of service to the community and a long-standing reputation for compassionate, high-quality veterinary care, we offer an exceptional opportunity for a motivated DVM to join a collaborative and experienced team. Practice OverviewRed Bridge Animal Clinic operates out of a free-standing facility in South Kansas City, just one mile south of I-435 and near the Kansas-Missouri state line. Our clinic includes:

  • Five exam rooms
  • Dual-table surgical suite
  • Spacious treatment area with two islands and a lift table
  • Two dedicated hospitalization zones

Technology & Equipment

  • Digital radiology
  • Two dental units and digital dental radiography
  • Two ultrasound units
  • CryoPen and Pulsed Signal Therapy (PST)
  • In-house IDEXX lab equipment

Team & CultureOur team is comprised of four Veterinarians, supported by four full-time and one part-time RVTs. We maintain a culture of professionalism, mutual respect, and long-term commitment-many of our team members have been with us for over 20 years! We emphasize continuity of care, clinical excellence, and a supportive work environment.

Scheduling & Flexibility

  • Full-time: 4 weekdays (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.), with no appointments or procedures scheduled between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.
  • 1-2 Saturdays per month (8 a.m. to 12 p.m.)
  • Part-time candidates will also be considered

New Graduate MentorshipWe welcome new graduates and provide a structured, individualized mentorship program tailored to clinical confidence and skill level. This may include extended appointment times, direct surgical mentorship, and collaborative case management.
