Job description

Associate Veterinarian - SAHO Animal Hospital | Owasso, OK
SAHO Animal Hospital is growing, and we're looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative, fast-paced team in Owasso, Oklahoma-just outside Tulsa.
This opportunity is ideal for a DVM who enjoys a varied caseload, has an interest in urgent care or ICU medicine.
At SAHO, we believe in putting people first-our patients, our clients, and our team. We are proud to offer a supportive culture, advanced medicine, work-life balance and a strong focus on professional growth.
Why SAHO?
  • Collaborative 12 DVM team working together to grow and advance our care
  • 20,000 sq/ft state-of-the-art facility
  • Diverse caseload including wellness, urgent care, ICU, surgery, and exotics
  • Advanced equipment including ultrasound, endoscopy, digital dental x-ray, dual surgery suites, CO2 laser, cold laser, and full in-house IDEXX lab
  • Dedicated pharmacy personnel and strong support staff
You are someone who is excited and interested in:
  • Nontraditional schedule, or a schedule rotation, to include at least some weekends and/or swing shifts with flexibility to incorporate your needs and preferences
  • ICU responsibilities and inpatient case management
  • Urgent care and emergency-style medicine
  • Working collaboratively in a busy, high-volume environment
Whether you are an experienced ER/ICU doctor, a GP veterinarian interested in urgent care, or someone looking for a more dynamic schedule, SAHO offers the tools, team, and support to help you thrive.
Why NVA?
As part of National Veterinary Associates, SAHO offers the best of both worlds-the feel of a locally led hospital with the support, benefits, and career development opportunities of a national organization.
  • Competitive compensation + production
  • Sign-on and bonus opportunities
  • Full benefits package
  • CE allowance and paid CE days
  • Mentorship and leadership development
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Opportunities for long-term growth within SAHO and NVA
If you're looking for a role where your skills can make a meaningful impact-and where ICU and urgent care are part of what excites you-we'd love to connect.
