If you love animals and want to be part of the "most fun place to eat in the Smokies," this is your chance!Positions: Full-Time and Part-Time AvailableLocation: Pigeon Forge, TNPerks: Competitive pay, fun atmosphere, and opportunities to work behind the scenes of a premier production.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnimal Care: Provide excellent care for our barn animals, including feeding, watering, and maintaining clean, safe spaces.Animal Health: Monitor the physical fitness and health of barn animals, reporting any concerns promptly to management.Daily Inspection: Perform daily, detailed inspections of animals for soundness and appearance.Show Prep: Work confidently around animals of all sizes and assist in preparing them for showtime.Communication: Communicate with performers and management regarding animal needs.Cross-Training: The stable hand position may require cross-training in other areas of the production department.Qualification RequirementsAge: Must be at least 18 years of age.Education: High school diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience: Previous experience working with animals is preferred, but we will train the right, motivated person.Physical DemandsActivity: Continuous standing & walking on level ground as well as up and down steps/ladders.Movement: Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.Strength: Frequent lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing of barn equipment/tools.Equipment: Occasional operation of a tractor.
