In addition to your salary, we have an incentive bonus plan for associates which provides for the possibility of additional monthly compensation. That Bonus Program for 2026 includes the potential for additional monthly compensation of $1,000, $1,500, $2,000 or $2,500 which could add up to $30,000 of additional annualized compensation above the base salary. We pay those bonus payments in the month after they are earned.
