Doctor of Chiropractic โ€” Lead / Senior Doctor Position

$100,000โ€“$130,000 | Grand Rapids, MI | Full-Time

We're not looking for someone to fill a role. We're looking for a doctor who's ready to help LEAD and GROW one of the largest principled chiropractic practices in West Michigan.

Who We Are

Rivertown Family Chiropractic has been serving West Michigan families since 2014 with one unwavering belief โ€” that God designed the body to heal, and our job is simply to remove the interference so people can live Fully Alive. We see around 1,200โ€“1,400 visits per week, manual and instrument techniques, corrective care, and a team that shows up every day to fulfill that mission.

What You're Walking Into
  • A full CA team to support admin work, billing, marketing, X-rays etc.
  • 6,000 sq ft NEW facility โ€” CLA Insight, digital X-ray,
  • Team amenities โ€” gym + sauna
  • Weekly doctor trainings (5 doctors), leadership coaching, seminars
  • A growth track: Associate Doctor โ†’ Lead Doctor โ†’ Senior Doctor โ†’ Legacy Partner (equity + profit sharing / satellite clinic owner)
Who We're Looking For
  • Experienced D.C. licensed in Michigan, ideally 5+ years caregiver experience, and/or business-builder profile.
  • Great hands, great communicator, not weird (a little weird is okay).
  • Conviction in the principle and value of Chiropractic.
  • Someone who leads by example and raises the standard around them.
  • Ready to own outcomes, not just tasks.

This is a lead doctor role. We want a doctor who is experienced and ready to help us grow and save more lives with high-level chiropractic care.
