Description

The Graphic Designer supports the marketing and sales teams by creating visually compelling materials that drive brand awareness, sales initiatives, and company events. This role involves concepting, designing, and producing a wide variety of print and digital assets in alignment with brand standards and marketing goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce marketing materials, including product flyers, banners, POS signage, and social media graphics.
  • Collaborate with brand managers and sales teams to develop promotional concepts and campaign visuals.
  • Ensure all creative assets align with supplier brand guidelines and company standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Prepare and release print-ready and digital files; coordinate with vendors as needed for production.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library and archive of creative work.
  • Support photography, video, and content creation for events or product launches as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Media, Visual Communications, Graphic Design or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer/Artist
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Corel Draw, Sign Lab, Photoshop, or other similar design software
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography and color theory
  • Ability to manage time effectively, juggle priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams


Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree in Media Studies, Arts or Design with major or significant coursework in Art, Graphic Design, or related disciplines
  • 3+ years of related work and/or internship experience 


Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times, climb, reach and perform various physical maneuvers to perform the essential functions of the job.
